Norridge began as a pop-up café, founded on a shared love for porridge, seasonal cooking, and a gentler pace of life. It soon developed into a broader lifestyle brand, offering event catering, wellbeing events, food styling and photography workshops, a recipe zine, and merchandise. After two years Norridge culminated in a concept cookbook of original seasonal and plant-based recipes, including favourites from previous pop-ups and events.
